    Tesco meal deals are orgasmic.

BLTs + Doritos and a can of coke for £2.50 is a steal.

Trent, you get free education until you're 18.

If you enrol onto a course before you're 18 it's free though. Even when you finish the course at 19.

    Speaking of price etc.

Does anyone find it totally fucking annoying when say 6 of your mates go out for a Nandos/Curry and say the bill is £92 or something, you just divide by 6 and say okay everyone it's £15.33 each, so say £16/£17 with the tip.

There's always 1 or 2 cunts that start kicking off by going "well I only had a £12/£13 order I'm not paying that much, really winds me up Laughing

if 2 peoples meals were £12 it means the other 4's averaged at £17 each, if you decide to buy an expensive meal I dont see any reason why I should have to pay towards it.

At our college, you have to pay if you enrol at 19. Some lad has got to pay for the second half of the year.

Because it's unbelievable hassle if you don't have the right change, if you decide to pay by card it turns into a fucking polava too because the waitor gets pissed off and you turn into a awkward bastard.

Yeah I like hot foods too, fucking love dem hot currys, but you get nobheads that announce it like "I'M GETTING THE HOTTEST HERE MAN" then they go through about 10 cokes during their meal and are dead quiet.

    Weirdly.

Curry doesn't have to be spicy, it's amazing even when it isn't. I don't really like spicy foods, I feel spice is an excuse for lack of flavour sometimes.

I can handle really spicy food but it ruins the taste if it is too spicy. So I tend to stick with medium or less food because it usually tastes so much better.

I find it hard with college and work but I keep it at about £10 - £15 a week now, I thought it was much but after doing some sums.

I feel bad but then I have a mate who spends about £6 a day Neutral
When I'm at college I spend about £40 a week on food, it's a waste of money but I haven't really got a choice. Being there from 9 till 6/7 you have to eat at least twice. Laughing

You should, you live at home therefore you should contribute. Even if it's just hoovering when they're at work, emptying the bins etc. Stop being so lazy.

I give them £50 a month - not much but still, hoover/clean my room when I'm not busy. Empty the fireplace when we have it and re-fill it. Offer to clean up after dinner etc, everything else my Mum or Dad just say leave it I'll do it.

They compare it to much to back in their day, got my Dad's line of how he had a job when he was 15 full time, my Mum used to do every job under the son.

They think I'm taking the piss when I say they don't understand how intense 25 - 30 hours a week at college is then working flat-out during the weekend.

    Doing assignments etc etc etc.

Your parents sound slightly harsh, college all week then working weekends is hard I say .. especially seeing as you get reports/assignments and shit on top of that which can pile up fast

25-30 hour weeks at college isn't intense. You're socialising most of the day, you get regular breaks if not the full morning/afternoon off. £50 a month is nothing, that is less than £2 a day. Working weekends is the same as a paper round, 11 year olds do that. At home, me and my brother do everything. It takes an hour a week to clean the house properly, it takes an extra 30 seconds to put the dishwasher on, empty the bins, open/close the blinds etc when needed.

Stop being a dick, you're on this forum most of the time.

I can assume he doesn't do enough if his parents felt the need to give him a lecture.

Like I said, it's an hour a week and that is a 4 bedroomed house with 2 bathrooms.
