Started up a Real Sociedad CM, just because Griezmann plays there. Terrific player. Won my first match against Barcelona with 0-6, after that I switched from World Class to Legendary, now sitting second together with Real Madrid with Athletic Bilbao in first place, 7 matches in.

Brought five players in: Espericueta, Luiz Eduardo, Rodríguez, Taïder and Adryan. Brought in Rodríguez and Adryan after I got offers for Xabi Prieto and Zaratuza. It was pretty hard to put it all together with limited resources, but I now have a pretty solid team together. Estrada isn't going to improve much and Bravo will start to decline in a few seasons, so that's where I need to pay my attention next season, but for now it's good. Vela is league's topscorer with 9 goals.

What formation do you guys use for online play

Started a new CM because my other CM wasn't letting me play matches in the league and the same shit happens. Why does my career mode always get fucked when I get really into it.

Depends on the team, but probably 75% of the time 4-2-3-1. If it's not that, probably 4-3-3 or 4-4-2. Some teams really favour certain formations though. Like Uruguay I play 5-2-1-2 with because they have great defenders (and wing-backs) and a great front three, but not the strongest midfield. But besides playing with Uruguay I never play 5-2-1-2. Theoretically I could play 4-3-1-2 but then I'd be replacing a 78/79 rated CB with a 76 or so rated CM.

Usually run a custom 4-2-3-1 or a 4-2-1-3 but I will change formations during the game to suit my opponent if needed. If I'm playing against a team with two forwards I'll go to a back three (usually 3-4-3 D). If I'm playing against another 4-2-3-1 I'll go 4-2-2-2 or 4-4-2 D. If I'm facing a douche using one of those bs formations (4-1-0-0-1-4) I'll use a 3-5-2 or a defensive 4-2-1-3.

The 1/2 two strikers thing I got from Bielsa. 1 striker = two defenders, 1 to mark and the other to cover. 2 strikers = 3 defenders, two to mark and one to cover. I try to play attacking football, so I'm usually open at the back, and this strategy helps to counteract that.

Finished my first season with Spurs in 2nd in the league. Arsenal finished 1st. Won the FA Cup, League Cup, and Euro cup. Gunna make some big signings in the next transfer window. Want to get a good tall striker that can start for me for a while (so under 26). Suggestions?

I played against Portugal in a friendly a few days ago. Most experienced players they had called up were Patricio, Periera and Moutinho.

Qualifiers. It's been more than once this season.

Oh, the fact that Northern Ireland are shit will explain that then.

I just did a search in the transfer part and my RB is the 2nd best for N.Ireland but the CM is 6th best.

Jesus there's some Spanish CDM that has 5* weak foot and 5* skills. His name's like Jose Rodriguez P-R or something. 76 overall after his first season. Looked him up and he's from Real Madrid Castilla apparently

José Rodriguez? He has 3* weak foot and 2* skills on mine. He's great though, Arsenal were interested in him too

On my spurs career I signed L. De Jong for 19 mill. He was 83 after his first season and Belhanda for 12 mill. I enquired about Belhanda and they said 9 mill because its the last year of his contract. When I offered 9 mill they declined... Went up by a mill each offer until they accepted at 12.
