Re: FIFA 13
This game is fantastic in online friendlies. Just played 4 matches with my cuzzo and we had some great games.
Chivas 4-1 America. Pumas 2-3 Cruz Azul. Mexico 2-2- US, and Barcelona 3-7 Real Madrid.
Best run of FIFA matches I've ever experienced. It was fantastic.

Re: FIFA 13
Got the full game today with the metal case(champions league since the idiots at my local gamestop didn't have any Libertadores cases). As I am typing this I am just about finished downloading the update, which I assume is the stadiums.Kuled wrote:Blade, I am very impressed with the PES demo, the pace is perfect. To be honest, it's too perfect I haven't played at this pace in a long time, the controls are a bit challenging since I'm so used to the FIFA controls but I'll get through that..I think I might just get PES instead of FIFA this year..It feels like a big decision tbh, I'll have to think about it..
I agree though. The pace is near perfect, but the controls are really hard to master. When you look at the booklet and see the controls, it looks like something out of street fighter. When you start mastering the controls the game gets elevated to another level. Brilliant game.
With the feedback I've been hearing about FIFA 13, I think I'll skip it this year unless my brother goes half in it.

If there's anything specific you'd like to know about PES then just shoot me a PM. I'll get FIFA when it comes out anyway so if you're going to wait then I can tell you which one I found better.

With worse teams the gameplay is a lot better.Ché Guayaba wrote:This game is fantastic in online friendlies. Just played 4 matches with my cuzzo and we had some great games.

Just played v Barca and Valdes made 6 saves that were very good and De Gea made none and I lost 1-0 to a Messi strike as if he was Ronaldo.

Never.
I'm actually getting into the flow of this now, before when I had restricted internet and jumping in game at times my record was as shit as 4-1-10.. yes, I know. , Now it's 8-1-11, even the match I lost I played really well.

Just lost 2-1 to someone, they scored this to equalise:

And a penalty where my defender stuck his leg out on his own.

Re: FIFA 13
Got so pissed off with online that I started a Career Mode for the first time since FIFA 08. It was the best decision I've ever made, the game plays so much better and teams actually play to there style. I picked Spurs and I've currently played 4 won 4 in the league but got knocked out of the league cup by Swansea. I love the in game updates by Alan McInally gives the game a great feel of realism.

1 offline, 3 online.
Santos twice, Fiorentina, and Swansea.
I think the thing you have to get used used to is pressing L1 to control the ball properly in tight spaces.

The price on the US store is $72 NZD (approx £36 / $60USD)....almost half the fucking price!
Yes brand new games in NZ are usually $120 NZD / £61 / $98 USD..

I didn't want to say "You'll be back"
Well I'm going to make my favourite Regen from Football manager 12 and play as him in career mode for a while, will report back whether it's good or not.

He never had any intention of letting FIFA go, he's like those dudes who claim they'll leave the forum.
