The first time I drank Fosters it ended up with me spending 6am till 1pm in a police cell and having to have a post hangover shit in a cell with cameras and no toilet paper, passing out in some bins and being sick all over myself

The exclusives, I think that's the main thing when buying a console right now. Both have similar hardware, people say 360s network is better but when I had it games were choppy as fuck (though i just recently upgraded my internet) so its games like MGS, Uncharted, etc. that draw me to PS3. Plus 360 lost its best exclusive in Mass Effect.
