Ok it's probably an 8/10. They didn't show enough of Rome.
I prefer Braveheart.

Braveheart is rubbish. The fight scenes are good though.

Gladiator reminds me of Troy which is a definite 10/10

Troy was rather flawed, but still epic. Gladiator was just a masterpiece.

Gladiator is outstanding . Troy is too pretnentious, like all Hollywood mythology movies . Can't take the accents seriously lol

What bugged me was that not a single one of the Gods featured in Troy.

Crowe did a good job but I couldn't get over the thick Australian accent.
And yes I know historical accuracy was not the point of the movie.
Braveheart's ending was also sadder imo.

Chris, I've seen Dark Knight Rises again.
You notice a lot more on second watch.
- Spoiler:
- You complained about Bane smashing Batman in their first fight but then Batman being able to batter Bane in the second fight.. In the second fight, Bane is smashing Batman to shit. Batman lands only like 7 punches but one knocks Bane's mask. When Bane's going through the excruciating pain he loses his discipline and just starts swinging, which Batman uses to his advantage obviously. Just thought I'd add that in.
You notice a lot more on second watch.

The best moment was when Teal'c turned up.

I wanted to see the scars or "damage" as well. I honestly had no idea who Tom Hardy was.. or that Hardy was Bane until I got home and Googled some shit.

I haven't seen The Eagle yet, but Centurion and King Arthur were rather meh. I'm not aware of any others that fit into that time period.
