I know, he must have done something good at the time shifty

He and Mayor (who's left today to join Sheff Wed.) bragged whilst they were on trial at Blackpool saying they were good enough for Championship teams, and mocking Westley's training.

    Par of cunts I say.

He was linked in January, but they got Rory Donnelly. I can't see this being a Laudrup signing, more lke a Chief Scout signing. He's going straight into the under-21 team anyway.

Must have only paid like 500k for him if it's such a short contract!?

    I heard £50,000

    rofl

I reckon it's something like that figure anyway. Westley banished 8 of our players to a gym in East Lancashire on a different training regime (including Iain Hume, apparently his wages are too high for us)

I think we're basically trying to give Hume away for free.

Keammar Daley (who's close to joining St.Johnstone) told a Leeds fan in Nando's ( Laughing ) that Westley never gave the squad a chance, and the new players he brought in formed a sort-of clique.

    £50,000. Neutral Laughing

What the fuck is Westley doing? Or is it the board putting pressure on because of funds or something?

Think he just wanted to bring in players who would work for him and work very hard. The players he's brought in, especially one Jack King from Woking, have been excelllent. We dominated Huddersfield on Monday, looking for the same against Colchester tomorrow.

Been chasing Constable all summer... tomorrow he'll play against us. Still annoyed Oxford haven't rejected or accepted our bid from last week. Hope that means they just don't want him playing against them and he'll be in the blue and white quarters for the Barnet game. npower Football League Thread - Page 20 2156770003

Crawley signed Ajose yesterday, knowing our luck he will bag a hat-trick after all the abuse we gave him last year at Chesterfield.

    1-0 Leeds (Becchio).

Fantastic goal, 3 passes. Kenny down the wing, into the box, Becchio diving header.

Very surprised about that signing as Barker wouldn't go for him at Bury after he refused us earlier on in the season.

Our chairman just said on the radio that we've had our third bid for Constable rejected so we'll be moving onto other targets. Well played by Oxford to wait until now to reject it so we couldn't get someone else in.
