Re: The Terry Trial
Justice, people really think John is racist? you just have to see how he interacts with black players through out his career, and growing up in the east end of London he obviously had black friends as a kid, as for the ferdinand brothers, your a disgrace to this country.

Re: The Terry Trial
So what if he has black friends? So does Suarez. He plays with black guys from Uruguay all the time.
I don't think this should have been in criminal court in the first place, though.
Going by the Magistrate saying something along the lines of: "JT said f....b....c..... to a black player" and it being caught on camera, surely the FA now have to act. If there is any justice, he will receive the same, if not worse punishment from the FA than Suarez did.
He should be fined, suspended, and have his name drug through the mud like Suarez did. But he's English and brave so he wont.

England's Brave John Terry gets cleared regardless of there being video evidence. Unbelievable

Re: The Terry Trial
Stop with this Englands brave thing, why would the court system care of he's English? 90% of their cases involve English people
Also the ruling was based on the interpretation of what Terry said not that he said it

Re: The Terry Trial
The FA set a precedence of coming down extremely harsh, regardless of lack of evidence, last season when they took one man's word over another's.
Now, with video evidence and admission of saying the words, they have to act in a similar manner.

So you're saying Terry is guilty because Suarez was?

No, where did I ever say that?
I don't think this should have been in criminal court in the first place, as I wrote above if you cared to read. But there's a precedence set for talking inappropriately to a black person on the pitch.

No, the point was it wasn't deemed as racial abuse, so it does mean he wasn't being racist. If it wasn't a criminal offence it wouldn't have went to court.

Just because you're mates with black people doesn't mean you're incapable of using a racial slur.Teflon John wrote:Justice, people really think John is racist? you just have to see how he interacts with black players through out his career, and growing up in the east end of London he obviously had black friends as a kid, as for the ferdinand brothers, your a disgrace to this country.

People who keeps saying he has Black friends doesn't mean he can't use a racial slur Some girl on my timeline has been harping on about how Racists don't choose their victims. Yeah they just walk down the street screaming at every person they see.

FA can't touch him now. He is for all intents and purposes innocent.

I haven't been following this in detail What is it he's been found not guilty for? Intentional racist abuse or literally just saying "black cunt"?

Why did this even go to court, there was no way Terry was going to be guilty.

Yeah why did this go to court and Suarez didn't? Also, can the FA now do anything about it?
