Bizarrely I tend to just use Corner Chance if I don't have Pressure (1st choice) or Counter Attack (2nd choice). At one point I thought about buying unlimited Pressure but it's just not worth it as I have gone too far in the game already to get good use out of it and when you get Ultimate (or even Platinum) transfers for winning Elite leagues you get a load of free tactics for the next season (typically 25+ games worth) so you only need a few extras for the early easy games so I tend to just get Offside Trap and Corner Chance. Even more so because the tactics can only be sold for 250 each which is pretty much useless. The reason is that previously using Last Gasp Defence or Zona Mista I still lost or drew a few games whereas with Corner Chance (assuming you have great strikers) an extra shot can be a goal pretty often. Plus you can buy it with money unlike Zona Mista (big rip off Premium cash price). Last Gasp Defence is also ok I guess but I just prefer attacking chances than defending because most games my opponents don't have much possession / shots anyway
No problems - I would just say use Pressure or Counter attack for the better teams (rated 84/85+) and the final 5 games of each 20 games (eg. vs Barca / Real / Villareal / Sevilla etc) and use Corner chance vs the weaker teams
That way you can use 15 times each season and get by with the other tactics for the weaker teams / easier games. Sometimes you will get lucky and get 2 x Pressure or 1 x Pressure and 1 x Counter Attack so you have 30 / 33 uses of the premium tactics each 40 games anyway! 
plus my bad luck on getting ultimate players. Up to day I open 33platinum packs, none of them give me a ultimate. And my team recently draw 1 match every season. been like that for 6 season in a row (83 team rating + 2 staff rating + 5 All pro gear = 90 rating) 
. and with that 6 season the 12 platinum pack none of it can improve my EPL team. so it is very frustrating because no progression, since the reason to play a game is to enjoy.
