Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
I got him on Loan in my MK Dons save, he scored a hat-trick on his debut in the League Cup against Hereford.George wrote:The fans and board don't approve of the signing because they feel he is 'unreliable'. I don't care, I start him a lot. He has been playing good. Goal on his first game.
Also, signed Andreas Weimann on loan for the season. Great poacher.

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
I actually don't think I'm going to spend any of the money I was given by the board this season
My team is strong enough and they are a young bunch and buying more players will just complicate matters in their development. I do want to try and get Xabi Alonso on a free though. Would be great for the club
I might also by a German RM to replace Aigner as he wants like 17.5k a week and match highest earner clause and I think that is a bit much for him TBH. I mean he is good, but not that good.

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
I kinda broke my rule of signing German players by signing Dutch winger Eljero Elia for £1.2M from Juventus

Good to see more people managing the Swans, they're a good team to take over this year.

Re: The Football Manager Chat Thread!
Would be such an achievement getting Wycombe from League 1 to Premier League in 2 years, especially on a budget over the two years combined of:
£140k
