Alan, I'm frustrated that people are actually laughing about a club probably going out of existence. It's pathetic, but I guess it is to be expected from Scottish people. I guess being jobless, having no children or family that care about you and having a face that is overshadowed by a dead Ethiopian means the only joy you actually get out of life is at other people's expense.

And you actually think im being serious about Rangers as i would not wish that on any football club and ive got a lot of family who are big Rangers fans aswell and i feel for them aswell. So why did Manchester United sent out a weakened side in the League cup against Crystal Palace, and have United or others never sent out weakened sides before. Maybe some teams should be banned from the FA Cup for not competing in the competition, because they thought they were to big for it.

Cup competitions are different as you're only harming yourself there. A League structure is supposed to rank teams by their ability but that can only be the case if teams try equally hard in each fixture. Obviously that gets distorted by injuries and suspensions and such, but every team should try to their maximum in every fixture for the sake of the integrity of the competition.
