A few year there also was an all Spanish Europa League final so things are not really in major decline. Although I never thought it would even be possible that both Spanish sides would miss out on the Champions League final.

The 2012 Ranking is by the coefficient (the last column), but I sorted it by the 2011-12 season (the column on the second to far right).

Sam, that's the order if you look over the past 5 seasons. The one I posted is the same exact list, but I sorted it by the coefficient of just this season (2011-12).

There is no manipulation about it. The thread is about the decline of Spanish football, even though Spain has been on the rise in general this season while England is on the decline. The graphic I posted proves that.
