Apologies if tweet was misinterpreted. It was regarding a close friend who has been diagnosed with severe depression due to a personal issue

Only the people within the court will know her name, newspapers are not allowed to reveal any information about victims of sex offences once an accusation is made. I highly doubt she'll make money either. If she was out to make money she would've gone straight to the media with her story. Instead she told the police and therefore her name, address, place of work/education cannot be revealed. She will remain anonymous from the accusation until death. That is unless she gives written consent to a newspaper to reveal her identity.Billy Davies wrote:I bet he didn't even do it. Probably just a young slag after attention and money.
Girls go out dressed to be raped anyway.

Why would he delete it and apologise then? What bollocks.
easley91 wrote:For all we know McDonald and the girl had consensual sex then after McDonald texted Evans, Evans could've gone into the room and raped her. Not saying that's what happened 100%, but maybe she only said yes to McDonald?
During Evans' evidence, he told the jury he had gone to the hotel,
let himself in to Mr McDonald's room and watched his friend and the
woman having sex.
It was claimed Mr McDonald asked if his friend could "get involved", to which the woman said yes.

Let's look at the evidence:
1) Why would you say you'd 'lost a friend' just because they had depression?
2) Calling 'some girls' stupid coincides exactly with Evans' situation.
3) It came hours after the verdict.
4) They played together at Sheffield United.
5) Why delete the tweet?
Jela you need to mature a bit and stop seeing the world through your own little blue-tinted specs.

To me "get involved" sounds like joining in, but maybe I'm wrong. But let's say it was one after another, according to that quote McDonald would have been there when she consented to sex with Evans therefore there is an eye witness from a guy they've not guilty which I would assume is worth more than the girls word if she cannot remember anything.

I hope some more detail comes out though because it's pretty confusing.

Also, saying men get longer sentences than women is not true. Some lass got locked up today for trying to frame someone for rape.
James wrote:The biggest problem with rape is the fact it is hard too 100% prove someone did it as usually it is one word against the other. That's why so many guys get off with it, they must have some strong evidence against Evans, I'm just unsure what it can be unless his friend has grassed him up.
Check you out you fucking prick, so its ok for the likes of you to say things about Hillsborough and your not a little prick, but the Scottish are for going off topic. Fuck off Jamesy you must be shagging one of the modsJames wrote:The Scottish pricks are really annoying going off topic all of the time.

You are full of shit, fuck off and die underneath a lorry if you want, not really bothered just fuck off and die.James wrote:First of all, I didn't say there was anything wrong with the lass getting locked up, I just used it as a point that women aren't favoured over men.
Also, I haven't seen the part about it being filmed, I've seen that 2 of their friends watched from outside.
And lastly, I have my opinions on Hillsborough, I say NOTHING disrespectful towards it. It was a tragedy, a tragedy that could have been avoided if a)the police did their job and b) if the hooligans behaved properly. Just because we have a law, we have police officers etc it doesn't mean we take no responsibility for our actions.
If you're referring to the Fa Cup Semi final thread where I mentioned that people at games shouldn't be forced to respect a minutes silence, then I stick by that. What happened at Hillsborough is no more important than all of the other tragedies. People dying on the pitch, fans being killed outside of stadiums in violence etc. But guess what, teams not involved at Hillsborough are still expected to do this silence.
A little story for you, 15th April 2008. Tuesday night Hull City play away at Barnsley, 4 games left and we're chasing the top 2 positions in the Championship. On the way to the game was a 10 year old Billy Fletcher going to his first away game with his dad.
Their car was hit by a lorry, Billy was killed and the driver of the lorry was fined £300. That night we won, bla bla ended up getting promoted.
Now first of all, have you even heard of this? Probably not. Do you care? Probably not. Was this lorry drivers punishment fair? Definitely not.
The club pays its respects every year but do they ram it down the throats of the whole country? No.
Seriously, fuck off with your Hillsborough shit, no one outside of Liverpool actually cares anymore, we do not like being forced to pay respects to something that does not affect us when the fans of that club where partially to blame and have shown such a lack of respect throughout the years to other football fans.
Don't like my opinions? Put me on ignore.
That makes you no better and i agree with a lot of James points there.Alan wrote:You are full of shit, fuck off and die underneath a lorry if you want, not really bothered just fuck off and die.James wrote:First of all, I didn't say there was anything wrong with the lass getting locked up, I just used it as a point that women aren't favoured over men.
