With that teamwork and workrate, you could probably put him in the first team soon and he'll still work hard for other players in the match engine even if he isn't good enough to score consistently himself yet.

Does it take time to motivate players in team talks? In my last save I could motivate and make everyone happy, but now everyone switches off

I got that when I started with 1860. I couldn't motivate them. I still have trouble motivating some players
