How so? Worst incident I can remember was when he swore at the Camera but immediately apologised, Suarez (allegedly for you there there ) racially abused Evra and to this day has not apologised.

Allegedly, also do you not remember when Rooney assaulted young James McCarthy?

He said negro but we don't know if he was racially abusing him through the word.He got a ban which is alright but that was for what he said, not the context he said it in.You can't say he is racist, nobody can, only Suarez knows the context he said the word in.

No one is saying he's a racist, what they are saying is he's guilty of racial abuse. That is using insults aimed at the persons race or ethnicity.

The word “Negro” is used in the English-speaking world to refer to a person of black ancestry or appearance, whether of African descent or not. The word negro means 'black' in Spanish and Portuguese, from the Latin niger, 'black', probably from a Proto-Indo-European root *nekw-, 'to be dark', akin to *nokw- 'night'

"Hello Mr black man". That's fine to say in modern Europe. Neutral

No one has said he is a racist but what we are saying is he deserved his ban because he racially abused someone, but some of the Liverpool fans still blindlessly deny it.

He either really overestimated his own strength or really underestimated Parker's.

That is so wrong, the number of people that list Suarez under the category of racist is absurd. He did racially abuse somebody but we don't know if hes racist.

A decent lawyer would argue as follows

Mr. Rooney was running towards the ball. Mr. McCarthy attempted to initiate unlawful physical contact with Mr. Rooney, Mr. Rooney raised his arm in an attempt to prevent said contact.

If that's true, under the doctrine of self defence, Rooney would have to be found not guilty by a court of law. Further, if you can't prove beyond reasonable doubt that it's not true, then the court must treat it as true.

Prove beyond reasonable doubt that our hypothetical lawyer's account is untrue.

He didn't kick Parker on purpose, he thought the ball was going to drop down there, but Parker headed it away.

Suarez apologised immediately afterwards, and stayed with Parker whilst he was on the floor. Those aren't the actions of a man who kicks someone on purpose.

I actually read today that Bale is the first player to be booked twice for simulation. So the media are picking it up.

Are you joking? Is this a serious attempt at justification?

    Man murders another man

Pleads innocence, is found guilty, apologises, therefore, did not murder?

You're being a hypocrite. Couple of weeks back you condemned that AZ Alkamaar goalkeeper for over-reacting when a fun jumped at him by kicking him repeatedly. You're now trying to say that what Rooney did was self-defence despite McCarthy only slightly leaning towards him? There was no indication that McCarthy was trying to hurt Rooney whatsoever.

Also, it's worth mentioning ..... I saw people on here yesterday calling Liverpool fans stupid/pathetic etc for booing Bale for diving when our own players dive ...

He wasn't booed for diving. He was booed for starting on Agger when accused of diving.

Probably had a selfish reason though, cunt.

Either way, he wasn't going to play in the semifinals. Either his team would have been knocked out or he could have cheated and possibly played in the 3rd place match or final. Not to mention the praise he received from his teammates and country. If anything, it shows how selfish he is. His cuntish behavior is probably what caught the attention of Liverpool FC and they said, we need that kind of player.
