The conduct of Luis Suarez
I want to know why Liverpool fans think this sort of thing is acceptable.

Can't believe the commentators made excuses for that. Horrible challenge.

Re: The conduct of Luis Suarez
He is a scumbag. I used to think he was a good player, admired him for his handball in the World Cup.
Liverpool fans will say "he was going for a volley"
Isn't even looking at the ball when he goes for the kick

Was luis suarez found guilty of racism through the basis of his own defense?

Re: The conduct of Luis Suarez
Can't Spurs make a complaint and get Suarez a 3 game suspension for violent conduct?Gegilworld93 wrote:Disgusting, pity the ref only gave a yellow, can't do anything about it now.
I'm not sure but I think I've seen other leagues do that.

He thought both Parker and King would disappear into thin air, leaving him with a free volley five yards from goal. He just forgot the laws of physics for a couple of seconds, happens to the best of us.

Maybe someone should just make a thread, like the Balotelli thread to put all the stuff into so we don't have to trawl through the people on their high horses all the time

On their high horses? Every football fan in the country can see what a dickhead Suarez is apart from Liverpool fans.Cam wrote:Maybe someone should just make a thread, like the Balotelli thread to put all the stuff into so we don't have to trawl through the people on their high horses all the time
If he was a United player you wouldn't see it so biased and realize he is actually a massive prick.

Re: The conduct of Luis Suarez
Never saw this, but he definitely kicked Parker in the stomach. Whether you hate Parker or not or like Saurez or not, how can you defend such actions? This guy shouldn't be in our game. Anyone got the gif? I'd like to see it again, and be sure that he wasn't going for a volley.Dink wrote:Didn't watch the match but saw the match report and some pictures from Yahoo.

when his leg moved he was looking at the ball, it wasn't until it was too late did he see that he was never gonna get the ball.

Re: The conduct of Luis Suarez
I feel stupid for not seeing that. I think I scrolled down before my slow laptop could load it. But from what I see he goes for the kick just AFTER Parker heads the ball away and is LOOKING at Parker. You cannot defend that.Jamieb08 wrote:easley91 wrote:

Well we can't prove beyond reasonable doubt that that's not what happened, therefore it's true.

It's actually impossible to tell whether he was looking at Parker or whether he was looking at where he expected the ball to land. Either way, it was a really stupid thing to do.
