Just have some faith in Gervinho. If he wins the ACON he will come back feeling like a Baouwwss, and it will hopefully become apparent in his play. Maybe he's been taking finishing tips from Drogballs

Squillaci scored once as well
Just for the record though, I don't dislike Gervinho, but he does have a long way to go.

Yep quality signing can't believe I didn't have faith in him to score a goal for the Ivory Coast.drivescore wrote:Gervhino scored, haters fuck off now.
If Victor Moses was missing for a month we would miss him.Paulinho wrote:We have missed him though dont you guys agree? Chambo has filled the hole , but Gervinho needs to push Walcott out of the squad !

Remember Fabregas's 40 yarder against Sunderland last season?
Then Rosicky missing that penalty.
Then Bent scoring in the 94th minute

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
I never said anything about preferring Walcott you clown. They are both shit, Walcott's link up play with RVP is the only thing keeping him in the side (Apart from the lack of good forwards in the squad)

The only reason Walcott's playing is because Gervinho isn't here. The majority of Arsenal fans would want the front 3 of Chamberlain, RvP and Gervinho and hopefully Wenger see's this is the right way forward.

This post is directed towards Steadman, regarding the £50 bet.
Did you ever think it would be this close at this stage of the season? 1 point and we keep yo-yoing.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
Gervinho will prove the haters wrong.
If you are angry at him because he has gotten himself in 30 1 on 1 situations this season and hasn't scored them, I get it but at the same time I don't. He is going to become a goalscoring machine, it's really obvious.
I get as frustrated as anyone with all the chances hes spurned, but those chances are the reason to have faith in him, tbf

Oh yeah I've seen that Gervinho goal now. It was nothing special he just kept knocking the ball ahead of himself into space with hardly anybody trying to make a challenge, Walcott could score that

Yeah the goal wasn't that special, but it was very tidy, and he didn't hesitate like always
