Buzzing, props to Kenny with the subs, if it weren't for the extra man in centre mid and attack, we would have lost.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Substitute Dirk Kuyt struck a late winner as Liverpool defeated Manchester United in a dramatic FA Cup fourth round clash at a hostile Anfield.
Daniel Agger headed in Steven Gerrard's first-half corner after hesistancy from recalled United keeper David de Gea.
Ji Sung-Park appeared to save De Gea's blushes shortly before half-time.
But Kuyt smashed home a flick-on from Andy Carroll in the first game between the clubs since Luis Suarez was banned for racially abusing Patrice Evra.
Wow, the BBC are such cunts. Also, whenever Andy does something good, it's 'Andy Carroll' but when he does something bad, it's £35m Andy Carroll'
BBC Statistics ..
Possession: Liverpool 43% - 57% Man United
Shots on Target: Liverpool 9 - 3 Man United
Off Target: Liverpool 5 - 6 Man United
Corners: Liverpool 5 - 1 Man United
Fully deserved. Their domination in possession was just because they kept passing it sideways in midfield for ages when we were 1-0 up. In the second half we dominated them big time.
Brilliant result, especially considering a lot of our players were knackered from Wednesday against a fully fresh, rested Man United side.
So glad it was Evra's fault for the goal. Cunt.

Fantastic win! LFC eliminates ManCity from the Carling Cup, and with just 2 days to prepare, eliminates ManU from the FA Cup today

Because he didn't racially abuse Evra.

They haven't gone off the verdict. Otherwise they'd have said since his ban for 'probably racially abusing Patrice Evra'.

Either way, it's not a big deal. Don't let it ruin a special day for the club.Dan wrote:InGlennyWeTrust wrote:To be fair, they can only go off of what the verdict was.

Since Kenny had a go at the players, the players have improved allot.
Credit to Kenny to doing this, and credit to the players that have stepped up.
Hopefully this continues into the league games.

Anyone got a gif of Skrtel tracking back so Welbeck would not tap it into the goal?

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
What I said was right. He didn't do much in the first 70 minutes. Around that time, he won a header over Rafael, the crowd got behind him, and he looked a lot more confident and threw his weight around much more. He then found himself against Evans more and more often, and had the beating of him in the air.Dan wrote:InGlennyWeTrust wrote:He was bossed by Smalling for the first 70 minutes. Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Carroll played well, it was a hard job for him up there on his own, and we all know he is not the most mobile of players. But i think he deserves praise for today's performance and especially the effort and so does the team and squad for getting that result.

Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
You misinterpreted what I said. It wasn't a jibe at Carroll. It was a compliment, as he was gaining in confidence and started to put himself against Evans, which is what he should have done from the start.Dan wrote:InGlennyWeTrust wrote:What I said was right. Re: Liverpool FC Official Thread
Carroll linked up well, some impressive touches and flick ones. Hold onto the ball well.
Tracked back, and put in some good tackles.
Also once he layed of the ball, he ran toward the box to try and get on the end of the cross. First time I have seen him do this in a long time. Couldn't fault his effort today.
