The fact that I thought that sounded decent for a second shows how pathetic our squad is right now

Dalglish should play one of his centre-backs at defensive midfield. Probably Agger with Skrtel and Coates/Carragher in the centre of defence.

That's not a bad idea. However, Carragher against Aguero would be a disaster, and Coates' performances are black and white at this point. Dalglish will probably just stick Jordan Busquests Henderson on David Silva, and let Steven Gerrard get marked out of the game by Gareth bleeding Barry.

I think Agger could do a good job at DM, but it means he wouldn't partner Skrtel, who seems to play much better with Agger beside him. If it's a Carragher skrtel backline I fully expect to lose.

It wouldn't surprise me, given the first leg.

But will Bellamy be able to play so soon? I do agree with Kelly over Glen, though. Glen looked tired against Bolton.

If we can somehow smash in an early goal, that would be awesome. However, if City score in the first half .. it's going to be a very nervy game.

If the score is still 1-0 to us in the last few minutes, expect it to be like Chelsea in '05.

I think City have got this if they field a strong team.

I think everyone there is fit, however it's likely would be Milner in De Jong's place.

Reina hasn't saved a penalty in years.

Reina's been involved in a lot more shootout's than Hart I believe. besides pre-season I think the last penalty HArt saved was in the U21 Championships.

Pre-Season v LA Galaxy he saved a penalty then scored one to win it.
