Didn't even feel a real urge but I've gone for exactly 10 days now and didn't feel any real difference, I noticed that I maybe don't get the urge as much as others but also that it doesn't improve my condidence/vitality, also didn't notice a higher Testosteron level or whatever. I used to do it about every second day before the No Fap Movement, will probably do it less often now since I don't really need it that much and it's much nicer with long breaks between the wanks
