"Celtic will not pursue a loan move for Dwayne De Rosario. The Toronto player is coming to an end of a three-week training stint with Neil Lennon's team but STV has learned from a senior Celtic source no offer will be made to add him to the playing squad.

De Rosario, who sparked controversy when he first travelled to Scotland and began training at Lennoxtown without the permission of his club, featured in a bounce game against Hibernian last week but hasn't done enough to convince the SPL side to bring him in on a short-term basis."

Dundee United would win your league.
Slask is the 4th best team in Poland. Lech, Wisla and Legia are significantly better.

Slask have a good thing going for them at the moment, they have a brand new stadium and a good manager and a good team who play as a unit. (Thus why they were fucked against Dundee when they played without Kazmierczak, Lukasiewicz and Voskamp, which were pretty essential players in the formation last season(Voskamp was a new signing but Slask had no other striker but him at the time), only Mila played and that was with having a fucked up ankle over the summer and being off form) The Ekstraklasa is competitive, any team can beat any team, the reason why Slask are top of the league is because they are consistent, however, history dictates that the team in first in January usually fails to win the title. We will have to wait and see what Slask do.

As for the Dundee game, it was honestly the worst I've seen from Slask all year.

Dundee winning our league? Legia Warszawa would pummel them 5-0. Laughing

I don't particularly care for this argument though. Our teams are doing well in Europe and they will continue to get better each year. I somewhat doubt Legia will beat Sporting Lisbon and then either Ajax or Man City, but if my team Wisla sort out it's shit, we got a good chance of getting into the quarters.

No Celtic loan move for De Rosario
The Toronto attacking midfielder will not be offered the chance to remain in Glasgow when his training spell comes to an end.

Celtic will not pursue a loan move for Dwayne De Rosario. The Toronto player is coming to an end of a three-week training stint with Neil Lennon's team but STV has learned from a senior Celtic source no offer will be made to add him to the playing squad.

I somewhat doubt Legia will beat Sporting Lisbon and then either Ajax or Man City, but if my team Wisla sort out it's shit, we got a good chance of getting into the quarters.

You're not doing well in Europe though. In fact I don't remember you ever doing well in Europe. Yes, Scottish teams have been disappoininting this season, but Celtic showed that they were a better side than Rennes, a top French side, and that they could compete with Udinese. When was the last time a Polish side did anything in the Champions League? Rangers, only last season beat the Turkish champions and drew with Man Utd and Valencia. They then knocked Sporting Lisbon out of the Europa, who you have just admitted are superior to your teams.

As for Legia beating United 5-0, I doubt it. When have you watched United to make this judgement, apart from when they played Slask and deserved a win? Slask are top of your league and I somehow doubt a new stadium would have a significant impact on that.

I repeat, we could have any player from the Polish league that we really wanted, unless a more attractive team also wanted them. Take Sandomierski for instance, who was gagging to come to us.

His agent: "I am still waiting for the clubs to reach an agreement. There is still a difference between them but I am sure those differences can be overcome. If they are overcome, I am ready to go to Glasgow with Grzegorsz this week." Sandomierski has indicated to friends in Poland that, given a choice between the pair, he would prefer to follow in the footsteps of Artur Boruc and Lukasz Zaluska and head to Glasgow's East End.

I find it amusing how you seem to be proud of the fact that Nottingham Forest have a 'Polish league reject.' We have Hooiveld, Murphy, O'Dea, Thompson all loaned to Championship clubs because they aren't good enough for us. Vaz Te who was released by Hibs last season (near bottom of the SPL) is now banging in the goals in the Championship. Juarez is also loaned out to a La Liga club because he failed to make an impact last year.

No one would move to Poland instead of Celtic. No one.

You do realize the unbelievable hypocrisy of that statement? Conor is an Irish name. Connor is an anglicization. Just because it doesn't follow that it's 'wrong.' And I'm xenophobic?

Yeah, that's why. I'm sure it's got nothing to do with the fact that McKay is a mediocrity. Why would he even go to Rangers anyway, if the A-League is better? I can't believe I'm even having this conversation.

McKay is pretty shit. I was wanting us to sell him and bring in young Scott Allan from Dundee United, but no one has shown any interest.

He'll be back in Australia in 6 months probably.
