Tim Howard - hoof of the year? Empty Tim Howard - hoof of the year?

    Post by fluffy_kittens Thu Jan 05, 2012 12:37 pm

nowadays these players have become so advanced at hoofing the ball that former giants Liverpool, and a whole bunch of other teams throughout the EPL and the world don't even need to play real soccer anymore. It's incredible! Who knows what's in store next for the hoof? I for one can't wait to find out what the future holds for our beloved hoof

when Howard scored my friend texted me and said hoof of the year and it made me think..is this really the hoof of the year?

Not easily, no. Hart, Reina, Cech, Friedel, Vorm, Al-Habsi, Szczesny are all above or near him.

I think he said he refrained from celebrating because he knows what it feels like to concede a goal like that.

It's not like it was planned or skilled.. it was a fluke lucky goal.. I would of reacted the same way.. a cheeky smile, move on, and prepare to concede 2 goals straight after.

Paul Robinson scored twice in his career. And that one Brazilian keeper has like 100 goals, there was a thread on here about it

Howard is probably still recovering from the Gold Cup final so I hope this does him some good.

He obviously understood that the other goalie was hugely unlucky . It would be like someone fucking their mother and saying to their sister "HA HA I fucked your mum!"

Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard scored from 100 yards.

Hitting a ball 100 yards? In Scotland that's known as a first touch.
