What about the penalty?
Linesman flagged for it.
Webb went with it for pure joke.

Re: HOWARD WEBB
Was a red card, simple as that, he didn't give the penalty his linesman did, he waited to see if the linesman called it...

Howard Webb continues his services for Man United, he'll be getting a blowie off Sir Alex after the match.

Howard Webb is a big cunt. I've only ever seen him give big decisions in favour of Manchester United.
I do agree with the sending off though.

Re: HOWARD WEBB
He is a moron tbh.
Usually he does his best to let games flow and not give out harsh reds etc but whenever its Man United he always gives the harshest punishment to the opponent for whatever happens.
Bald cunt.

Re: HOWARD WEBB
Ask yourself, if United done either of the things Liverpool done in this match, would they be given the same punishments?
I think not.
Don't care if the linesman gave it, at the end of the day, Howard Webb makes the final desicion.
Maybe it was a red, but why didn't Rafael get the same punishment? or even a yellow?

Because Carrick screamed like a little girl and cried crocodile tears.

Re: HOWARD WEBB
Not a penalty even there was a little little bit of contact. Going nowhere and looking for it.
Not a red IMO as both players are going for the ball....ok Gerrard was a little late but there's no intent and it's not massively two footed/studs up. Easy yellow, harsh red. Seen worse decisions though.
Too many reds in football these days....e.g. Tiote's he goes in wildly but it's 1 footed and he wins the ball and is sent off? Refs need to understand football more importantly than the rules handed to them.
That was a great challenge by Rafael and even if it involved 2 feet there was nothing wrong with it.

Anyway I fucking hate stuff like this, this is why im not loving football as much as I used too. Rafaels challenge was a joke and so was Nevilles the other day.

Re: HOWARD WEBB
The commentators say all this shit like "if you go in with two feet off the ground nowadays you're gonna get a red". And then 10 seconds later they show Rafael's challenge and say fuck all. Double fucking standards or what!?
