EA help is complete shit, I've asked for the details of my ban many times through both Chat and email and they never give me a straight answer, by saying "I understand you're case is being investigated by higher authorities" I swear they're now just passing my case from one "authority" to the next.

The difference is, those stupid characters had intelligent characters to be the foil of.
