PSG are supposedly going to try and get a deal done by the end of this upcoming weekend, but it isn't looking good for them at the moment.

Alex wants to leave Chelsea and Wesley wants to leave Werder Bremen but we don't have any money.

We're not holding out because we're going to keep him, we're holding out because he's worth more. I reckon one of the Milans will eventually meet the asking price, it's just about who blinks first really.
Tevez is a stunning player, they'd be very lucky to get him. Some of the stuff he did towards the end of last year was breathtaking.

Then sell Neymar. His wages are absurd for his age.

That's what we should have done but the issue is a lot more complicated. You can't imagine how much pressure the president would have been under if he had sold him, especially before the club's centenary year. Signing Neymar up to that improved deal in Nov/Dec basically won him the presidential election. Rationale and long term planning didn't really come into the decision unfortunately.
Btw, a significant part of his wages is paid by outside investors.

The longer you keep on to him the less he will be worth for you though.
So, Santos don't actually own him 100%?Rei Andros wrote:Laurencio wrote:

I'm pretty sure we play them around April. And Tottenham plays them in May.Weather130 wrote:Does Aston Villa play Liverpool or Tottenham any time soon? It would be interesting to see Robbie play one of his former teams in the near future.
