Battlefield 3 vs Modern Warfare 3

Might get both for Christmas, but was just wondering which is better. A lot of people seem to have fallen out with Cod this year and many are bumming Battlefield. Which side are you on?

I had GOW3 in that poll as well.

So, would you agree with this? ... Many people are saying that the MW3 campaign is far better, that in B3 it's a lot more watching rather than actually playing. But B3's multi-player is far superior although MW3 has better games/maps/modes.

I don't really like either, MW3 would be good but the community are massive bellends. Battlefield is too slow for me.

On Battlefield 3 they have a team deathmatch mode and it cuts off a shorter part of the map and it's really lively, so it has added that into it, nice to have tactical battles with heli's tanks etc as well though.

Battlefield for me and I'm great at both of them.

MW3 is an exceptional game but as Babel said, the community completely ruin it. It's the game to have if you enjoy close combat and a cleaner interface for classes and ranking. Battlefield is just so much better gameplay wise, it's so much more tactical and mental. Fuck calling in a helicopter like COD when you can fly the thing yourself.

I hate the classes on Battlefield and shit like that.

You will enjoy MW3 more, I can tell. Battlefield 3 is much more slower, tactical, you feel insignificant and not as important when playing online if you get what I'm saying. The maps are much much bigger but that just slows down the gameplay.

Both are good games and Battlefield 3 is much better on the PC. I would go for Call of Duty 3.

I ordered BF3 the other day, MW3 is good but the maps aren't big enough to snipe and it is way too fast paced

The games suit different playstyles and it's up to personal taste. I don't think one game is better than the other.

Defo gonna buy B3 first, only £24 compared to Cod which is like £45/7

Go for it.

Though I don't imagine COD's price is going to drop for awhile.

Well if what people say is true, then B3 seems to be a lot of fun online. So I might be glued to it for a while.

I preferred BF3 personally.

Never really been a big fan of COD though so...

I played BF3 beta and I got MW3 as a gift and I have to say I personally enjoy MW3 more, it's very fast paced and that's what makes it fun for me
