See poll. Judging by the reaction of Liverpool's fans and management to the accusation, it wouldn't surprise me if this enhances his hero status on the Kop.

It's what they would do if they had any decency. Naturally this is a very unlikely option, despite Liverpool FC constantly banging on about their class and dignity.
