I would guess that if you have a player in the team for the start of that week, the points will count, so if you removed any players after the start of the Hull - Blackpool game, their points will count and anyone you added in won't count, but I could be wrong. Otherwise people could remove people and add people based on early kick offs and late kick offs, scoring for 15 odd players for a week, which would be daft.

Made my 5 transfers this month, hope no one gets injured/leaves anymore. They should have had it so that it automatically removed players transfered out of the league without using a transfer up.
