Two 85+ UK player, both of the two Ashley are 85. I was dreaming to get at least one 87+ player like Gerrard/Lampard/Rooney.

Anyone know the English Players 85+, I know of :-

Lampard 87

Gerrard 87

A.Cole 85

A. Young 85

Ferdinand 87

Who else??? I'm guessing Terry, possibly A.Carroll?

But actually, 700 credits to buy a Ultimate pro transfer pack seems much worthy then 500 to buy 2 85+ players. because for a Ultimate pro pack, there are 2 Ultimate players + 2 Platinum players + 6 equipments + 4 tactics (4 pressure or counter attack?).

You're right but depends if you're looking for english players for an elite team.

Too many ultimate and platinum play for other leagues or nationality

But actually I am lack of tactics expecially pressure and counter attack. It is so expensive to buy them with premium cash.

I know, not saying it's the best way to go but if you don't mind spending a little I bought Goalkeeper Charge and use that on all the games I think I should win then use the pressure or counter attack on the hard ones, and hope to get them in platinums and stuff.

Any thoughts on the English players?

Yes, you are rite, I scout all of the teams of PL and only found Terry is 86.

I still need to get 10x 84 rated players. It always glitches for me, but I think I can achieve it today after I play a couple of matches. It'll take me a while to get to team rating 90.

at least u din get lampard or Ferdinand, if this game is updated for the new season, i really doubt they both will be still 87.

I can now put together 2 different English Elite teams one 4-4-2 and the other 3-4-3, my problem is the 4-4-2 team has a difference of one player a DF being 80 compared to the other team with a ST of 76! I prefer 3-4-3 but is there much in it between the two? The overall team rating stays the same 84?! What one would be best?

3-4-3 is generally better.
my english elite team consist of two 77 rating and one 82 rating ST and I still able to win all the matches. Its a bit of luck but of course I equip bronze/silver gear for the 1-10 and 21-30 and gold/pro gear for 11-20 and 31-40 matches. Pressure is the best tactics of all time. It is because all tactics have the potential of gaining an extra goal or defend a goal, so the benefit is like 1 extra goal. And I never score 0 goal at all time, therefore meaning using pressure is a 100% working tactic. As someone mention before, tactic like counter attack if the time is running out, you wont be able to score.

EA need to add other Elite leagues, I have 3 platinum & 3 ultimate Italians just sitting on my bench eating popcorn!

yes, indeed. I had 9 italians platinum which I never even had a chance to use them.

Thanks for that, I do seem to score ALOT more goals 3-4-3 and only just win on 4-4-2.

I'll have to give pressure a go I always use counter!

Sorry it just say's chance to score another not 75%, but my reasoning is still the same.

in my experience, pressure is 100% scoring the next goal. and where do you find its 75% chance.

There is a huge different. I will explain to you under some conditions.

C1: If the match is pretty short, you score 1 goal at begining, but unfortunately opponent score at the last minute. So its a draw (if you use pressure its 2:1, if you use counter attack its 1:1)

C2: Pretty much reverse of C1 but opponent score first and only attack 1 time. so Counter attack wont work. if you use pressure its still 2:1. if using counter attack its 1:1.

thats two quick one to show pressure is a must work tactic cos you almost never cant score.

and counter attack only work 1 time per match. so the most benefical is 1 extra goal.

so why do you take risk to have your goalkeeper to save a goal to activate it and not use pressure for 100% scoring 2 goals in a row.

Sorry I did say in the last post it's not 75%

And to be fair I just found something else out too, I watched a whole game and my keeper made two save but the tactic is only for one use, I thought the way you read the description on the tactic it was as many uses as saves.
