[FM 2012] Ahlycotc's Save (FC Barcelona)

For some stupid reason, my South American internationals were called up for international matches the day before the second leg. So, I had Messi, Aguero, Sanchez, Alves, and Mascherano unavailable. I still managed to hang on thanks to away goals...

It isn't impossible. It just takes time and lots of tweaks to get it perfect. 60% definitely isn't impossible either and that would be more Barca than 44%

I just got 63% against Malaga with my mentality on "Control".

Going better so far

First win of the CL. Everything looks perfect this season. Still early, but I can see myself grabbing the La Liga title and maybe (just maybe) a treble.

Another good victory in the league. I don't know why my first few games in the league are against some of the hardest teams. Oh well, as long as I am winning.

Why not? as Barca you pretty much can buy any player in the world and win pretty much every game, a smaller team would be fun

I'll think about it next season. I want to grab the La Liga title and possibly the CL with Barca before leaving. My contract runs out after next season.

He has been playing less games this season with the purchase of Aguero. With everyone available, I play this formation up top...


But, now I'm playing...


If it doesn't work out well, I might go with the original formation and have Rodri start instead of Aguero.

Nice attack, doesnt Alexis get a look in? and is Robinson your left back or is he one for the future when Abidal leaves/retires?

I unfortunately can't find any space for Sanchez and Afellay. Sanchez is on the bench, while Afellay is a reserve/rotation player.

Adriano is unimpressive. I'm thinking of selling him. I brought in Robinson as a future player to replace Abidal and I have quite a few good prospect defenders in the academy. I have Robinson as a sub, but Abidal got injured for a month early in the season. I'm surprised with how well Robinson has adapted to the team. He is looking better than Adriano already.

Revenge against ManCity in the CL. Now, I need to beat them away next game and make them fail to get out of the group stage...

Second loss of the league. Both goals were headers from freekicks. I need to train more on defending set pieces...
