King even half fit is better then pretty much all of the defenders from all 3 clubs. He would be a top class international had he stayed fully fit throughout his career, and no doubt would've joined a much bigger club years ago. Parker has been solid and superb since his come to Tottenham, haven't lost in the league since he joined. Obviously some people haven't noticed how hard he works in the middle winning tackles and playing simple passes to Modric or the wingers or strikers or VDV for 90 minutes. Guess that's what watching MOTD highlights does for you. 
And BAE has been class for 2/3 years now, very underrated and has won the most improved player at Tottenham award. Defends excellently, most consistent player we have IMO, can also put in quality crosses and with Bale our left hand side is devastating at times.

I said 'pretty much all' not 'all' so there are a couple of defenders better than a half fit King, though not many.
