Both are disgraceful scorelines but with our thrashing came a big spending spree which got our season relatively back on track. Will be interesting to see how Man Utd respond in their next Premier League match.

Obviously today's game, United had all their players available whereas we had just sold Nasri and Cesc and important players out injured. We were away too. As Steadman said, because of this beating we spent some money so it almost had a positive effect eventually.
