coincidentally this happens when new american owners join the league recently at liverpool, they clearly dont understand the concept and know that at any moment liverpools fortune can go bad and they can go on a run of bad games with a threat of relegation they could see their club go down a division. so they are trying to americanize the epl in fear of their clubs safety
