I have just lost hope in our academy now.

its well known fact that blackburn have best youth academy in britain and if there are any coaches from that area blackburn or preston but in that vicinity then u can be assured they are top of the tree, barcelona/palermo level coaches good for technicals skills

Before he was manager, he worked with the youth kids. Could name every kids name, and know there background.

Swear I seen him down at some youth games last year.

Why does he need to go back, since it is in the good hands of Frank McParland, Jose Segura, Rodolfo Borrell, Mike Marsh and Steve Cooper.
