show just seems to be on some weeks and not on others so I have missed about half the season or so but what just happened last epi? who was getting married?

That driving off into the sunset thing was really cheesy.

Also Robin was really hot in that ep.

Well it was a flashback to the future (technically the past). Barney eventually marries Robyn. When Barney proposed to Quinn and he had that exchange with Robyn after announcing the news, he left it sort of open between the two. It felt like they still had feelings for each other.

Well it's not definite that Barney will marry Robin.

If you can remember back to earlier in another season, Barney (at his wedding - in the dressing room) was asking Ted if he "picked the right tie".

Also in the last ep Ted was just going into have a talk with Robin when it ended.

Yeah Robin was also upset when Barney was going after Nora. In that ep where she wears that sweeet sundress.

Last episode was not bad (S08E02).

Still need to watch the first one.

Haven't started Season 8 yet. I have a lot of shows to catch up on and to be honest, HIMYM is near the bottom of my list.

Hmmm season 8 has started not too badly...it's been funnier than season 7 which can only be a good thing. I hope this is the last season.

Finally got to season 8 of the show. What was wrong with season 7 anyhow I thought it was pretty good.
