- Nice way to get the show across really, something they haven't done before so it was a nice change, but I feel that the whole plot is basically going round in circles atm. Liked the episode though.

They've started form the beginning on TV, watching it now - it's soo good! Really funny too.
it's a shame I don't enjoy the show as much anymore because the older seasons was some of the best TV I've ever watched.

Agree, I'm watching more out of sheer curiosity (wanting to know who the mother is) rather than the comedy now, show should have ended last season!

I saw it too. It wasn't funny at all I agree, but I thought it was much worse the way people described it here.

- I agree though, they need to end the series soon. Ted should find his wife towards the end of this season, and in the show finale it should be a culmination of everything unexplained or still to be done (like the slaps), Ted's wedding, and at the end a quick fast forward to the day Lily's kids are born, then Ted's kids are born and whatever other events with Barney and Robbin.
edit: I forgot that Barney was supposed to be marrying someone. that needs to be fit in as well.

the last episode was alright - quite funny
It was a lot better than the rest of the series, I would put it second behind 'Ducky Tie', which was brilliant
It was also a little stupid, why couldn't they just take the torch down to Marshall? Also the Russian poker thing was a bit OTT.

haha yeah I agree with this.
The show isn't very funny anymore either.

- Although I like Kal Penn I'm glad they got rid of his character, hopefully they get the gang back together again.
How did it even get to the point where Kevin proposed to Robin
. They were barely in any episodes together and Robin was usually by herself; he wasn't even at the housewarming party!
Also weird weird how they were crazy in love and nek minute they won't ever see each other again because she can't have kids.
I also thought that blonde chick that Barney was trying to get into might have been Ted's future wife, I was like OMG I'm onto something! Then she turned out to be a regular stripper
Lily's dad also needs to go

I know quite a few Indians who have Western names. One of my best friends is Indian and his name is Neil. There is also the famous Russell Peters and Kal Penn (who plays Kevin in the show).

I watched the latest ep and this was exactly true
I'm assuming they're going to reveal the mother in the last episode so it would surely have to be somebody we know right?
I don't think they'll introduce a random this far into the story, or if they are going to introduce her they should probably do so soon so we get to know her.

So far, I think the biggest lead is Barney's step sister. She fits all the clues nicely.
We know that Barney's step sister is a college student (so she could have been in Ted's class), she probably lives with a roommate (Cindy's roommate?), and she would logically be at Barney's wedding.
