i dont really like dedicating a shit load of time into my VP.. maybe a few amateur matches here and there to unlock shooting abilities, ball control, etc.

usually just let him grow during clubs, got from a 70 to 86 last year within a few weeks.. not bad for me lol

I think that's just 'cause everyone presses X at the same time and the AI always picks the worst option, or chips a simple pass

i usually just let everyone else mash X while i try and get open. we're doing pretty good though, im pleased with how we are rollin.

just sucks how our VPs are like.. 5'8" up against defenders that are 6'8"

The AI seems to like to chip it to you if you are anywhere farther than arms length away.

yeah.. seriously though.. this last game.. im not even pressing any buttons and the AI just passing fucking 60 yard bombs to me.. when i definitely dont want them.

my VP is doing alright.. i just hate watching people tear up our defense and i cant do a fucking thing about it.

How do you train your VP?

just play games with him in "pro ranked match" in the VP section.. and do shit.

or play exhibition matches against the AI

You can also use him in online friendlies (well you could in FIFA 11).
