If that's the case then fair enough, but if he knew there was a slight chance of them being alive and didn't do anything I'm surprised, I'd rather die trying to save them than survive and them die whilst I know I ran away, so we can't fully judge him not knowing the whole situation I guess.

Me and Kyro have watched enough Van Damme and Arnie films to know how to save our loved ones from a burning building.
