2 reasons - 1. a draw, particularly a score draw, suits us just fine, group is as it is when it started except we've already played our most difficult fixture, and 2. We often score in the last 10 minutes of these away European Group games when our opponents are tired.

I've seen United plenty of times away in Europe. This match kinda reminds me of Valencia away last season, that's if United score a very late goal.

Thought Benfica played very well, they played like it was their cup final, not to disimilar to Liverpool against us with the aggression they displayed.
Benfica were too scared towards the end to commit to many to attack, so both teams settled for a draw.

Carrick looked good, as did Giggs when Fletcher went off. Though Fletch was fairly poor. Evans and Smalling were ok. Lindegaard impressed me alot..Good draw nonetheless

Our first half performance was quite poor and wasteful, especially in midfield. Much better second half though, a lot quicker and looked a whole lot better.
