We at The Playmaker are friends with Craig Mackail-Smith. Let's see Henry Winter beat that.

Keeps mentioning how he'd be a great penalty shoot out option. Think Owen's stats are something like scored 10 from his last 23. Neutral

Thought that Fryers was class last night. Can we have him on loan? shifty

Pogba was pretty ineffectual when he came on and didn't really notice him bar his shot against the top of the stand Laughing

Mame Biram Diouf was awful though, worst player I've ever seen in a Man United shirt at Elland Road. Every single time the ball went to him he lost it immediately.

Ben I thought Macheda was worse than Diouf, both were playing on the wing when they're strikers though so it's harsh to judge them on that.

I didn't really notice Macheda much, all I remember of him was that he had one rather poor shot. Park was quality though, nearly scored a wonder goal if I remember correctly.

    Yeah. Laughing

Thought Giggs bossed the game first half, then was obviously taken off as it was 3-0.

Yeah, Giggs was so frickin' annoying! Don't think his goal was as great as made out though cos of the deflection.

Tell you who was shit, Snodgrass. Pissed me off last night he did, didn't do anything but run towards your defenders, slow down, get tackled and then just moan.

I would say it was more Dimitar Berbatov who contolled the tempo of Man Utd'd play in the first half, dropping deep in between the lines then passing to Owen/Diouf/Macheda for a chance.

I think Man Utd fans need to be more greatful for Dimitar Berbatov, without him most goals wouldn't have occurred. He links the midfield to the attack, while becoming a midfielder and attacker himself. Quite sublime, only a few players in world football have this positional sense. it is a shame for Berbatov that Rooney is also one of them Sad

Exactly my friend, the fact alone that he went to centre back shows that Dimitar Berbatov has the complete understanding of football.

How anyone can question his workrate and desire to play for Manchester United is beyond me. The fact he has remained loyal to the club with minimal playing time and that he is willing to help the team and see the team through by playing even at centre back is testament to the man.

I believe no other footballer in the world is in the same predicament as Dimitar Berbatov is in this moment of time. Why? Becase Berbatov is one of a kind Very Happy

Yeah he was crap, made Fabio look world class by not beating him once. Then when he got tackled he never did our usual trick of putting pressure on the defence and making them rush it, just gave them all the time in the world to play it out.

Was the game that one-sided on TV?

I thought at the time that it must've been pretty boring on TV and other than our chance early on and Valencia's miss, nothing really happened bar the goals.

    Berbatov was shit against Leeds.
He didn't do anything but slow the game down to a snails pace.
He gave the ball away to many times, even Diouf had a better game then Berbatov.
He doesn't bring anything to the team and is shit just like Carrick.

Hope we sell Carrick and Berbatov in january or the next transfer window, no room for them at the team.
