Lindegaard will be outshone by Lonergan. Cool Andy will be busy, that's for sure! Confident in his ability though, been very solid so far and made a couple of unreal saves.

I read in the paper that Pogba was promised a game against us, but then Burnley are after him on loan is that true?

    Torres rofl rofl

De Gea pulled off a great save in the first half as well. We were poor today, so sloppy at times which was frustrating. Carrick played well when he came on, much better than Fletcher who looked quite shite today, I must say. Rooney was unlucky with the penalty. Although, the real reason was to take the piss out of Terry watching on Cool

Not sure what was going on when Cole was booked. Book him and give a penalty or don't book him Neutral

His passing was quite, how to put it, crap. I'm being harsh on him as I wanted Carrick to start. Which he should have given how well he played once he came on.

Evans today was class, dealt with everything, passed the ball out well and was solid. He's improved a lot this season given how poor he was previously, which I love to see.

De Gea, done nothing wrong today, but I'm sure the press will find something. Distribution top draw, like usual. Good save with his feet, very early on. Then, a world class save, diving across the goal, which should have been an easy tap in for Chelsea. Superb. Torres goal was a lovely dink, couldn't do much about it.

Carrick, came on, and controlled the midfield for us. Calmed us down, kept the ball and worked it around lovely. Missed place 2 passes, out of 20. Think he played well when he came on, helped the defence out a lot.

Nani, rightly MOTM, tore Cole to bits. Class goal, even though he was offside Rolling Eyes Some of his passing was good, and he just skips past players so easily.

EDIT: Today also showed how inexperienced the defence is at times. Such as Jones bombing forward like a striker. We love to see it but when we're holding on when they're all over us I'd rather he stayed back Laughing As well as the line at times was a bit - Meh, should be a bit tighter. They'll learn that with more games though.

We weren't even THAT good today Laughing Some rather sloppy football at times.

Lol it wasn't a world class save. Ramires shot it right at him. Shut up.

Still had to save it. Unlike Reina who fumbles shots straight at him for players to tap in Rolling Eyes

Didn't do anything? He dived across to stop it, so he clearly done something.

I'm sure almost every Man United fan will agree that it was down to terrible shooting from Ramires.

Na, was shit, so lucky cause it was United. De Gea is shit, always makes mistakes so can't credit him when he does something good.

My friends, did you witness the outstanding pace of Dimitar Berbatov for his chance that Rooney messed up for him. The pace to get into position, no player could match him Very Happy

Pretty poor overall performance, no idea why Fletcher started, though our wing play was great and Nani was quality, his goal was amazing as well.

Good result in the end, and on the De Gea save he done well but Ramires should have scored.

I can't remember Rooney shouting at Nani today which means that Nani played brilliantly. It was a terrible performance from both set of strikers today though

the ball was out of play when the tackle was made so he cant give a foul/pen but can still book the player

I disagree, i thought Rooney had some good moments with some stunning link up play and passes, at other times though he overcooked some passes while he missed s penalty and a good chance to score. I think Berbatov would have outperformed both today however.
