i agree walcott. they seem to be perfect team, every position they have everything correct. even when they make mistake which is rare they still dominate things. even the pit stops are statistically the quickest this season. so is just not the driver and the designers, but the pitcrew also just far to good

i think fact that they are now dominating low downforce tracks shows they truly are the most complete team

i mean, that final lap by vettel was a complete insult to hamilton, it absolutely destroyed and made mockery of mclaren and ferrari who cannot even get close even with alonso and button getting slipstreamed. u can see it in whitmarsh interview he is burning. he knows that mclaren is outclass in everyway now

and what can i say about the little german. he is just to good, the way he is making webber look second rate is astonishing and funny enough webber interview after qualifying he was apologizing to red bull team for his bad qualify session so it seems like even he could of maybe made it 1-2 for red bull. but back to vettel, i bet even if the most talented drivers on grid, alonso, hamilton, kubica, rosberg, kobayashi, any of them u put in red bull, i dont think any can beat vettel right now. webbers inferiority to him right now is great proof - webber is probably one of the best qualifiers in f1 in the last decade and his racecraft is as aggressive as the likes of hamilton and kobayashi yet he just cannot in anyway possible keep up with vettel in dry or wet. the likes of alonso and hamilton are indeed slightly to significant better racecrafters than webber but no way could they bridge such a gap to vettel

the drs point is indeed correct. vettel doesnt need anymore then 2 laps to make a lead over 2nd place of more then 1 second, infact it will probably be like 2 seconds by that time so he will in no way lose this race unless he make mistake

btw drs only makes 6 km/ph difference apparently so its not going to be to effective. kers obviously coming out of 1st chicane, 2nd lesmo and ascari chicane will be crucial but red bull kers is only second to mclaren in terms of effectiveness....so they will not lose this surely

    at end of day

as long as vettel sticks with red bull, who stick with newey and the head tactical analyser guy(forget his name), and redbull stick with renault throughout the incoming v6 era they will keep winning until some other team really pulls something crazy from their ass

So can Vettel wrap the title up at Singapore now?

Also I found this earlier, The points table without Vettel:

    Points
    Mark Webber 206
    Fernando Alonso 201
    Jenson Button 199
    Lewis Hamilton 191

Would be a seriously close championship, Vettel's depriving us from what should be an exciting season Neutral

webber crash in first chicane with massa and then his steering broke and crashed at parabolica

another amazing performance by vettel. we are witnessing a legend

schumacher x hamilton was so funny. i miss that kind of schumacher race hard but fair, most of the time anyway Laughing

algersuari in the points again, also buemi, but jaime is destroying buemi now, bye bye buemi for next season

They both call themself the number 1 and leader at McLaren. If Button is gonna be the number 1 then Lewis better get the fuck out of there. Button is nowhere near a title contender, the one he won was argubly the luckiest ever.

i know there is no number 1 in mclaren but was just interesting interview he was asked who he thinks is number 1 after they talk about him easily pass schumacher while hamilton was struggling and he says his race pace this season is superior and he feels he is team leader and number 1

obviously those 2 guys say that all the time but he never look so confident saying it like is now. i really think button thinks he is better then hamilton now lol

Button has proved himself in some of the races this year, but no way is he a better

    A) Qualifier
    B) Racer

than Lewis Hamilton. Don't care what the points table says either, eventhough I do believe Lewis will be above Jenson at the end of the season. Only thing I would give Jenson is looking after tyres but I reckon Lewis has improved on that since earlier on in the season.

Lewis just lost his head this season, imo. But Button has had some amazing overtaking in races this year, you can't deny that.

Finally got the Monza race downloaded, will watch it soon. bounce

McLaren are making their car better for qualifying than the race according to Ted Kravits. (Formula 1/ Walcotts thread. - Page 5 914411)

Apparently qualifying is vital here, but McLaren arn't playing to their strengths are they + Vettel/Alonso are 0.7 seconds faster than Lewis in P1+P2 Formula 1/ Walcotts thread. - Page 5 58503

lotus sign new deal for renault engines through to 2014 also sign a deal to get kers systems from red bull

so basically they next season will no more be a bottom end team with hrt and virgin, they will challenge williams, sauber, toro rosso etc in midtable and who knows maybe this is the beginning of a new big team in f1

is clear the gap is getting bigger, force india has shown they are as good as renault and catching up to mercedes in the 2nd tier of teams. lotus and the others i mention are amonst 3rd tier but still virgin and hrt right at the bottom how u say 4th tier

well i dont think hamilton can complain what he did to massa. it is just a mistake but at the end of the day it was avoidable incident and he basically ruin massa race so always liable to get a penalty. but again why he make so many mistakes like this. like he has a fart in the brain

    vettel to good as usual

He's driving like a fucking idiot. Jesus, you must be 16 years old. He's fucking shit, the fact that the meeting was brought up proves the fact. There's aggressive driving ala Senna and Shumacher in their glory days (although Shumacher was still a cunt), and then there's just stupid and ignorant "aggressive" moves ala Hamilton in 2011. He sucks, can't make an aggressive move that is also intelligent to save his life.
