My bank account is £200 down. All be it not all of my withdrawels have been paid in but I've probably staked at least £350.

Re: The Gambler's Grill
Wooow. I've probably staked that all season! Well I usually do £10-£20 a weekend but don't bet every weekend. That isn't counting money on roulette though which will put me a few hundred down in my life I reckon. In this past month though I'm at least 200 up from the football.

Champions League Special
Real Madrid v Bayern Munich
Wednesday, April 25th
Money-Back Special
If Cristiano Ronaldo scores the first goal in this game, Paddy Power will refund all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score & Scorecast singles on the match
23 Apr, 2012
I think I get about £10 back if this is the case.
Yeah I've staked a lot I'll have a job soon hopefully so the losses won't overly bother me, plus I have been so unlucky.. hate this time of the season.

Re: The Gambler's Grill
I wouldn't dare do that. Really I could probably afford to lose that but it'd mean i'd have to stay in for a couple of weekends which would kill me! Really there's not much difference between wasting money on gambling or going out, but you can't pull in the bookies..

Girls don't win you money though
I was extremely unlucky though....there was some voodoo bullshit so I had to stop
I am happy to just do small amounts now...and I am pretty much winning more than I'm staking. It's more about just doing it as it makes the game more interesting.

Money doesn't suck you off though, swings and roundabouts here!
But yeah I agree, small stakes and moderate wins, no great shakes if I lose. I've never been short of money for anything in my life so I wouldn't consider my gambling to do any harm.

I think I might just go small stakes moderate wins, it's fun just blowing your money though.

Anyway I hope I bet on Real in a 90 minute market and not overall winners, never checked!

Up to £78.37 now, money is making money! Will have to see if there's any dodgy South American games I can put on for over night.

Put 7.50 on Bayern and Madrid at 21/10 each if it goes penalties I win 7.50 whatever happens. Knowing my luck Benzema will score last minute.Lux wrote:Munich 7/2 to win in penalties

Sorry for posting that link for both Barce and Real Madrid to go through to the final. What a failure that turned out to be!! Neither teams will be there!

Re: The Gambler's Grill
According to my calculations you'll make 75p. You've staked 15 quid, 7.50 @21/10 gives £15.75 back?Theo Filippo wrote:Put 7.50 on Bayern and Madrid at 21/10 each if it goes penalties I win 7.50 whatever happens. Knowing my luck Benzema will score last minute.Lux wrote:Munich 7/2 to win in penalties

Also regarding South America games..
I need your insight on a few matches
Internacional RS vs Fluminese
Bolivar vs Santos
Santos Laguna vs Monterrey
Santos are 15/8 to win which tempts me
Rei Andros wrote:Inter have a couple of keys players out and aren't in good form, so I would tip Flu to take it, but it could be a draw. A Flu win is highly likely though.
Santos x Bolivar is a hard one. Can't give a really concrete answer for it because of the factors in play - high altitude being the major one. Safe bet might be a draw, but it could swing either way.
Don't know much about Mexican sides, but Monterrey are 2x0 up from the first leg, so interpret that how you want.

Re: The Gambler's Grill
I'm tempted by a couple of quid on the Santos/Fluminese games draws double. Pays over 10/1.
By the way, a question I have had for ages, who's the guy in your avatar?

Also, Rei won me £55 by saying Fluminese would win last time.
