1/4! There's no point betting on it.

Not at 1/4 you'd have to be putting about £40,000 on it for it to be worth while.

Nah. I've been accumulating alot of money by putting low odds/high stakes bets on. Im on night shift so put these kind of bets on one after another, obviously its high stakes but not many teams lose after they are 2-0 up, or a goal up and got 20 mins to play etc. Its just money straight in your pocket.

Neutral odds are 4/9 for you and 11/2 for Costa Rica so you better fucking win.

This can be this seasons bets thread. Cool

On the high stakes v high odds argument, I think it shouldn't matter. You should only bet on what you can envision happening, regardless of odds.

USA let me down, but it was a punt from kickoff and only a low stake.

I just put £30 on Samara Kryliya Youth to beat Spartak Moscow Youth, they're at home and 2-0 up in the second half, shit odds 1/9 but its money straight in my pocket.

I just bet on a virtual football game on sky, won £19 then started putting it on roulette. Got all the way down to £7 before I won and took my final total to £21 off of a tenner. Laughing

I really need to stop betting before I start losing.

If this is just for a bit of fun then fair enough but if you seriously think this is a quick easy money scheme then just quit.

You basically think you can predict the chances of these teams that are 1-0/2-0 up winning better than professionals who have studied the odds, researched the chances of the teams losing and many variables.

Plenty of people start thinking this after a good run then it comes crashing down.
