First of all, the surgeon did not remove his penis. Just the part with the cancer at that the tip that was preventing them from inserting a catheter. The man later had another surgeon remove the whole penis. So, obviously he would have had his penis removed b/c of the cancer anyway. Not to mention he initialed the part in the admission form that allowed the dr to do any necessary medical procedures while in surgery. Seems like he just wants to blame someone for his having cancer. It isn't the drs fault he had cancer in his penis.
