Sounds about right, my favourite position is CAM/LM, but last season was fucking crazy.
Started out as a CDM, despite playing LM for years, eventually got to back out to the wing, then had to fill in at LB because ours was shit last season. About halfway through the season we had a crisis where 2 CB's left so I played there for a couple of weeks, we played some funny 5-3-2 formation so I played as a sweeper for one match. When we got some more defenders in I moved forward again into CM, then back out onto the left, then across to the right for one game, played behind the striker for a week or 2, then played up front in a cup match and scored. Took the piss a bit in the end, I was just so good that the manager would play me anywhere
