I think I'll wait till Christmas to get this game. I quite enjoyed F1 2010 and there were some good aspects to the game, but there is a lot of room for improvement.

I agree but F1 2011 doesn't sound too bad. Don't forget this was Codemasters first Formula 1 game and it wasn't that bad atall.

F1 2011 sounds great though, Safety car, DRS, KERs, harder AI, more exciting career and hopefully they can sort the bellends out online.

Penalties need to be a lot harsher online and they must be a lot more realistic. I've had people constantly ramming me off the track, but when I finish, I discover that they have gone unpunished. One of the most frustrating aspects to an otherwise, relatively good online mode. The one change I want to see online is more cars per race: possibly going as far as the real life number of 24. This would make the game more realistic, as driving with 4 or 5 cars is not overly fun at times.

As long as they get rid of that annoying guy who talks to you during the races, I'll be slightly happier. So unrealistic to be driving for a foreign team, but still have an English guy speaking to you anyway.

I know what you mean. On 2010, I sometimes delibirately crash so I can challenge myself in amongst the pack.

Wish there was the warm up lap where you have to warm ur tyres up etc aswell. That and parade lap at the end of the race would be quality. F1 2011 279869

I agree about the parade lap. They need to do more to recognise it when you win. If I win the championship, nothing really happens that would make it memorable at all.

I could be wrong, but to me, it seems like a kind of game were you have to be really into the sport itself to be able to sit and play the game for hours at a time, couldn't see myself doing that, so I doubt I'll get it.

I could get into it for the seasons and sponsors. I like that stuff, and if the online has more than a few cars this year it would also make the game a lot better. I also have a racing wheel. F1 2011 225495

That is in F1 2010, quite realistic though cos the spray in a proper race must be like that. eek They said on Sunday, a F1 racing car can lift 30 litres per second of water. What a Face

The gauge or w.e u wanna call it, in bottom right looks better. Good to see some KERs there and the flashing light system for when to change gears easier. F1 2011 207657

KERs is basically a boost. Gets recharged every lap.

DRS is if your within a second of the person ahead, you can open up your wing (opens like a letter box) and makes you go faster. What a Face

With both it gives you about 20 kmph. F1 2011 784961
