If you have a bet with another poster, post it in here along with a link to the posts where the bet is accepted and it'll be a matter of public record. The penalty for reneging on any bet is a permanent ban from the forum (Rubber stamp on that from Royal pending)

I think it is fair that if someone doesn't pay up they get banned.
