Bit harsh, considering you Americans are on at different times to the rest of us and visa-versa.

What you should really do is partner people up to make teams. Not only does that get more people involved, but it means that the draft might go a bit quicker. The teammates can talk about who they want privately, and then one member can pick when their turn is up.
