    I agree just a terible team Barca are, they should have been thrown out, I mean they are not really that good anyway.     Really? Until our goal was disallowed I felt Leeds looked the far stronger side, after that they just lost the plot.

    A bit differently is an understatement, the first penalty is debatable but the second is stonewall, along with the goal being inexplicably disallowed. Bremner wasn't offside and to originally give a goal and then be persuaded into consulting the linesman (who didn't even flag apparently) by Beckenbauer is beyond a joke.

    Oh and another one is our European Cup Winners Cup final vs AC Milan.

    1973 is worse though as the referee has actually been found to have taken bribes from AC Milan but still we weren't given the victory.

    I think a petition was made a couple of years ago about the AC Milan game to give us the trophy or something. Would of been strange if it would of happened.

    Liverpool against AC Milan in the CL final. I wouldn't say Liverpool cheated, but their victory was unfair. I'm referring to the penalty shootout. Reina was way off his line on a few penalty kicks. They should have been replayed.

    juventus and those other serie a clubs had link and unfair relationship with referees but as italian judiciary has found, no actual match fixing occured

    however matchfixing has occured in seria b and lower levels of semi pro structure even this season

    marseille cheated in ligue 1 20 years ago and then allowed them to win european cup in year after

    so did porto in the season before mourinho win uefa cup with them, or maybe it was in that actual season

    the marseille one is absolutely real but the porto one is still rumour and investigatgion is still on going

    Yeah I think Porto have been acquitted of all charges. Benfica and Guimarães took them to court but there wasn't conclusive evidence. This was all resolved 3 years ago apparently Teams that have cheated to win trophies - Page 3 894246

    Tomaszewski (one of history's greatest keepers btw Wink) saved a penalty in extra time against England to finally eliminate England in the qualifiers. not worthy

    It sparked a rivalry between England and Poland back in the day, though of course Poland is now shit and the selective memory of the English football fans have made them forget that all of this actually happened. laugh
