Am I stupid?

I'll keep this short and simple as much as I can.

I've been on and off with the same girl since she was 15(Now 18) and I'm 21. About 3 years now, she always end up playing me or lying to me and I always find out somehow. Apparently we "love" each other, however last year she chose a guy over me who she was dating since 15, it's like she goes back and forth with us two. Meanwhile I'm not completely crazy and wait for her, I do my thing and party hardy at the night and meet different women.

Here's my question to you guys...

1.)I told my self she will always be like this with me and I'm ready to accept the fact that'll she always lie to me..but I stay with her anyways. Stupid?

2.)I go out party and socialize, and hit on women because I figure that she does the same. Is that Stupid?

3.)If I meet someone better than her I will try not to hesitate to take the current girl out of my life and bring the "good" girl for me into my life. Is that stupid?

Overall, She says she loves me, and admittedly I love her too, but I figure I'll just keep on the side just like she does to me. Is that wrong? Should I just stop talking to her(again for like the 4th time) or should I wait it out, stay strong and see if she'll change?

The closest I can think of was back in HS when a girl loved me and I her but I waited too long and she got back with her old boyfriend, though I made my feelings known to her, it was right before I moved to Poland so I suppose it was smarter for her to stay with her boyfriend then have a shortlived relationship with me.
